GPX files (digital maps)
More and more of our guests are using digital mapping on their phones or GPS.
You can download the files here and import them into whatever GPS tracking system you use. (If you try to open the without importing them into mapping software they will just appear as a jumble of letters!!!) If you are not used to using these systems, they are brilliant as you can pinpoint exactly where you are in relation to the marked route on the map………. but they do take some getting used to so we would recommend practicing with them!!. (and also taking a hard copy of the map).!!! If you are using a smart phone they will use lots of battery power so make sure you carry a spare power pack too.
