We are a non-smoking establishment which means that smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.

We accept pets with prior arrangement. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds and need to be kept on a lead when around the property. We do ask you to ‘scoop the poop’ .

Dogs are not permitted in the farmhouse.

Check in from 4pm. Check out before 10am

Payment

Holiday Cottages

Non-returnable deposit of 25% deposit is required with booking. Balance payments are due 4 weeks prior to holiday commencing.

B&B

Non-returnable deposit of £10 per person is required with booking. Balance payments are due on departure.

Camping PODs

Payment in advance with booking

Payment by BAC’s or cheque (made payable to R&M Brock).

Please note that we are unable to process credit cards

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you have to cancel your booking you are liable for either the whole or a proportion of your holiday costs as below:

Number of days cancelled prior to arrival date

Amount payable (as percentage of total holiday cost)
More than 28 days 25%
15-28 days 50%
1-14 days 100%

We of course hope that you don’t have to cancel and recommend that you take out holiday/travel insurance just incase
