Access Statement / Bed and Breakfast
The Brandy House is an old traditional stone farmhouse. It is on a slope but there is flat parking outside the house.

Access Statement / Self-Catering – Tractor Shed
The cottage has been converted from a traditional stone barn. It is possible to stop right outside the front door of the cottage though it is on a slope

| Entrance | There is a step at the front door. There is just a threshold into the kitchen |
| Internal circulation | The front door takes you into the hall way and there are doors to the kitchen, sitting room, downstairs bathroom. |
| Kitchen layout | The kitchen is ‘u’ shaped with work tops at standard worktop height. |

| Car parking | There is plenty of off road parking, it is possible to stop right outside the front door |
| Dining room (access, menus, etc) | There is a dining area in the sitting room on the ground floor |

| Internal circulation | The front door takes you into a hallway that opens out into the kitchen. From this there is the door to the downstairs bedroom and also the door to the sitting room with dining area. The garden is accessible from the sitting room. |
